2) Regularly monitor the open ports, specially port 80 as it is used for the http access.
3) Make sure you do not hire more NA's and the one who are working must operate at their specific times. As it will create huge mess if the network is being managed by more people's. Also it is the core duty of the NA's, not to give any client computer the admin rights and install the applications by himself that require admin information, as providing admin rights to the client is a risky decision.
